I have been a good customer with allied for a few years now. had actually helped your employees when I was a bank teller with customers who have defaulted on their loans with allied. Today however when I contact the Regional manager for the golden colorado area, having never spoke to the man before he insulted me, by talking over me and saying that I need to pay my bills on time. this man said these things without ever looking at my account. my complaint is that there are issues within the allied cash advance computer system, where I make my payment on my payday's and on time, but with in 4-6days the system is showing me default for $.45, the employees at the branch have been unable to fix the problem which is why I have contacted the regional manager. I was previously speaking with a Billie Houston, who apparently has since been fired. and now I'm dealing with this Jim person. as soon as I can pay this loan off I WILL NEVER AGAIN GO THROUGH ALLIED FOR A CASH ADVANCE. the charges allied has are way higher than ace cash advance or speedy cash, or advance america. and allied is not taking responsibility that there is something seriously screwed up within the computer system. though the employees at the golden colorado branch have been curtious and helpful, they lack the leadership that is obviously coming from corporate and upper management. you have lost a customer forever, and by word of mouth many will know how shitty allied cash advance is. I do not believe this company will last much longer in such a competetive market, as allied is the worst place to get a cash advance from. I will be contacting the better business bureau, and speeking to a lawyer regarding the unlawful charges place on my account by allied. if allied chooses to ignore me. I warn all customers.... there are better places to get a cash advance if you need one. DO NOT GO TO ALLIED CASH. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. AND INSULT YOU WITHOUT EVEN EVER LOOKING AT YOUR ACCOUNT FIRST!
